We were staying at the Prince Waikiki Hotel, and had dinner at the 100 Sails Restaurant for our Anniversary dinner, everything was delicious. Buffet style. The waitstaff were amazing, kind and very attentive. We were treated like the only dinners in the restaurant. The food was very good, and the variety was excellent. I tried different foods I would not have had outside of being in Hawaii. This was an amazing experience for both my husband and myself. At the end they gave us a celebratory cheesecake, it was so much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We went to 100 sails last night and ordered more than what was pictured. I have never been here for anything other than the buffet, so this experience was new to me. Self parking is validated for 2.5 hours. Valet is no longer covered by the restaurant. The service was very good, our waitress was very attentive and informative. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of everything because we forgot and started to eat Everything was fantastic. Most of the food reviews that I do are based on take out food but we did dine in this time. I was very glad that they sat us on a far corner table next to the window, because we didn't get much passerby traffic. The maitake mushrooms were good, with a very meaty texture, a ponzu/yuzu type of sauce and it seemed to be on fried tofu, same with the ahi tartare. The duck breast was very good, the sauce was cinnamon-y, squashy type of sauce. The micro greens had a bit of a refreshing mint taste. There were some purple sweet potatoes that were fried and covered with honey. And some roasted vegetables that were a little bit more firm than we would have preferred. You can chose between rice and another side. We also got hurricane tater tot's and the lobster, and they were both very good. The side of rice was not on the menu, but was purchased for $5. It's about a cups worth.

First time here ever and came in for Sunday Brunch. Heard great things about this spot and decided to treat ourselves. Hosts at the check in were super friendly and the main uncle does his job well to make you feel welcome. Was worried it was going to be hot due to all the windows but the sun doesn't shine in til after lunch. Can't speak for the later seatings. Lots of seating so got kind of crowded quick as everyone got up for food in waves. Didn't really care for our waiter. He forgot couple drinks and didn't appear to be hustling as much as the other waiters in our area. Other than that, I'd definitely come back. The variety of food was a good mix. Happy with everything except for the dessert I feel fell a little short for me but opted for ice cream from the waffle station and some fruits. Also I didn't care for the sushi choices at the temaki station but I used the poke from the cold bar to fill my temaki and that poke was A1! Recommend the Sunday brunch as it has something for everyone. Their menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner look just as tasty. They even offer some golden hour specials if you want to save a bit! Another thing to mention, beverages aren't included. I was a little disappointed they didn't include your typical soft drinks, hot tea, and coffee. So just know it's an added cost.

100 Sails is a upscale restaurant in the Hawaii Prince hotel. On weekends they have a buffet diner which is what we came for. Mostly locals, in contrast to the other Waikiki buffets, many celebrating birthdays. Super nice and efficient service, clearing plates and bringing water and drinks. Good selection of dishes, especially seafood. Poke, fried oysters, 2 kinds of crab, cocktail shrimp, ahi and more. For meat lovers the prime rib was excellent. I asked for a thicker cut and was happily served. Small selection of salads, fruits and desserts, maybe 5 each. Definitely not a large selection like a Vegas buffet, but good enough. Food and service was very good. Prices were going rate for a buffet but the only included drinks were water, iced tea, tea and coffee. Soft drinks were extra.

Made reservations day of for a party of 5 adults & 4 kids. It was quick and easy to do. The lady on the phone was super helpful and very friendly too. When we arrived, they took us in right away, and the table was ready for us. Once seated we were able to head to the buffet right away. Everything looked so delicious. The sushi was made fresh right in front of you, with the prime rib to next to it. I liked how the prime rib was not too big and not too small. The cut was perfect! Melt in our mouth! My favorite was the crab legs. It was snow crab. So yum! That was the best part of course. My kids loved it too but they were looking for chicken lol. Since we were celebrating a birthday, our waiter came out with a cute little cheesecake that he said was good. We got to sing happy bday to my husband, and they even lit a candle for him. This buffet is pricey, going at $85 for adults. Kids 5 years and younger are free, which was perfect because the littles didn't eat too much. When you self-park, you do get validation for free parking up to 2.5 hours. Anyway, Fridays are kinda hard to find parking because of the fireworks. Valet had to turn us down since the fireworks took up so much parking, so that was a bummer. All in all, I would definitely come here again.

My friend, Donna O., suggested we dine at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar for their breakfast buffet. I'd been before with my college friend but didn't remember much, so was looking forward to re-trying their buffet! My friend, Dad, and I came to the restaurant in the morning on a weekday. Their breakfast buffet ran from 6:30-10 a.m. when we went, though hours differ depending on the day. The ambiance is peaceful, open, and spacious, and resembles other buffets located inside of a hotel. The view was wonderful overlooking the harbor. Service was full of aloha spirit, friendly, helpful, and always looking out for us! The breakfast buffet was fantastic as it offered traditional American, Japanese, and local fare. The perfect way to taste new foods or enjoy familiarity. It's easy to navigate the buffet area and serving dishes are plenty. I took advantage of the various offerings, especially the meats and omelet station! I would say we all enjoyed our meal but something stood out more than others. I do wish some foods I had were more flavorful. Buffets aren't hard to find on Oahu, 100 Sails is one of them that is a popular choice for locals and tourists. Located inside the Prince Waikiki, parking is validated for 2.5 hours for their garage. Mahalo for taking us, Donna!
